Online Program

Everything you need to know about our online courses and printed workbooks.

GETTING STARTED

The moment you complete your purchase, you get instant access to everything online: all the digital content, videos, and resources for your course. Your confirmation email walks you through exactly how to get in.

YOUR PRINTED WORKBOOK

Along with the online course, we ship a printed workbook right to you. Every book is printed in small batches and packed by hand by our family in Providence, Rhode Island.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days. We will email you tracking once your parcel is on its way.

We offer free shipping throughout the continental United States.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, since we are not able to redirect a package once it is on its way.

The four Reading with Amelia books are released on August 18. If your order includes them, your Spanish and Early Education books ship on the normal timeline and your Reading books follow after that date.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Because everything unlocks the moment you buy, we are not able to offer returns or refunds on the online course or the printed workbook.

This is exactly why we give six full lessons away for free. Three come from Spanish and Early Education and three from Reading with Amelia. Please watch them with your child, and look through our free resources, to be sure our program is the right fit for your family before you buy.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, that is different and we will always make it right.

Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@thespanishplayhouse.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

If you cannot access your course, email us and we will fix it. Access problems are our responsibility, not yours.

USING THE MATERIALS

Everything we share, the videos, written resources, and workbooks, is for your family's personal use. Please do not share or distribute the course content, as that can lead to access being ended without a refund.

We plan to offer licensing for organizations and programs who would like to se our materials on a larger scale. Please email info@thespanishplayhouse.com for more information.

If you have any trouble getting in or with your account, email us at info@thespanishplayhouse.com and we will help you sort it out. We are a small, local family business, so we are not able to offer support outside our regular hours just yet. Thank you for understanding.

UPDATES AND CHANGES

We are always making our courses better, so we may update materials, and content can vary a little from the original description. Everyone enrolled always has access to the newest version.

AI USAGE

The illustrations in our course materials are created with the assistance of AI tools. Each one begins as a picture already in mind and is worked on detail by detail until the page matches what was imagined, because children notice everything and every detail teaches something.

The lessons are entirely ours. They were developed through years of teaching hundreds of children in person at the Playhouse. Amelia is a real girl, and she truly loves to teach. Adding a real illustrator to our small, family team is a goal as we grow.
