In our fully immersive environment, children acquire bilingualism—a valuable skill that will provide a lifelong advantage.

Arts-Based Learning

While immersed in Spanish, children learn, have fun, and foster their fine motor skills through engaging in music, crafts, dramatic endeavors, and the enchanting world of the language. Plus, our program includes weekly private piano lessons, enriching their musical journey even further!

Bilingual Advantage

Spanish is the official language of 20 countries. It is the world's second-most spoken native language after Mandarin Chinese. In the United States, Spanish holds the position of the second most widely spoken language, with over 15% of the population being able to communicate in Spanish. This trend is expected to continue its exponential growth, and it is predicted that by 2050, one in three people in the United States will have acquired proficiency in Spanish.

The Spanish Playhouse is dedicated to empowering students and equipping them with the essential skills needed to excel in our increasingly diverse and interconnected world.

Our Method

We prioritize each child's individuality and embrace a deep connection to the Spanish language and culture. Our teaching method revolves around nurturing children's natural inclination for play and physical activity. Our curriculum promotes the development of bilingual individuals while equipping them with essential tools to embrace cultural diversity and enhance cognitive abilities.

Performing Arts

We offer a diverse range of daily interactive Arts classes, including theater, music, dance, and painting. These classes not only provide a platform for artistic expression but also foster creativity, build confidence, and encourage self-expression. Additionally, we include weekly private piano lessons for each student.

Integrating performing arts with language learning has been extensively researched and proven to yield considerable and enduring benefits for students. Through these experiences, our young learners are empowered to fully explore and develop their talents.

The Playhouse

Our new facility features two floors with an open layout and an inviting atmosphere, drawing inspiration from the charm of rustic Spanish countryside dwellings. With a neutral color palette adorned with soft colors, we create a warm and welcoming environment where children can thrive. We have carefully selected natural materials of the highest quality for our furniture and toys, ensuring that every aspect of our environment will contribute to an exceptional Spanish immersion experience. Within our facility, students will explore specialized areas, including a creative arts space, a sensory discovery zone, a cozy reading nook, an active play hub, and even a performance stage.

Our outdoor space is a cozy haven, featuring a mud kitchen, sitting area, playhouse, garden, and ample space for running and play.

Spanish Fluency

Research and studies have consistently shown that children between the ages of infancy and early adolescence have a remarkable ability to acquire new languages. According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, this period is considered the prime time for language learning due to the brain's high plasticity and ability to absorb new information. A study published in the Journal of Educational Psychology further reinforces these findings, demonstrating that early exposure to a second language significantly enhances a child's language development and cognitive abilities. By completing The Day Program, your child will tap into their inherent language learning capabilities and gain fluency in Spanish, setting a strong foundation for their future linguistic and cognitive growth.
