Our Program Policy

There are certain guidelines to which we strictly adhere. These guidelines are consistently maintained and cannot be altered as they allow the business portion of the program to flow smoothly and equitably.

Kids and Mommy/Daddy and Me Classes

Safety

 

Children in the Mommy/Daddy + Me class must be supervised directly by their parent/guardian at all times. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, the teacher cannot attend to individual children during class. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to stay with their child and ensure their safety.

​

We ask all students, including Mommy/Daddy + Me participants, to help clean toys when cleanup is announced at the end of class. This practice not only promotes healthy habits but also ensures a smooth transition to the next class, allowing the teacher to focus on sanitizing the room properly and efficiently.

Attendance and Makeups

 

Regular attendance is an issue of responsibility and choice on the part of parents and students. If you are unable to attend a class, the instructor should be notified in advance.

 

2 makeup classes will be offered to all students in the Kids (4-10) and Mommy/Daddy and Me class.  If you need to schedule a makeup class, please send us an email and we will schedule you in for the next available class.

 

Refunds

 

In cases of prolonged absence due to severe illness or any other unpredictable circumstance, a credit for up to 5 missed classes may be provided towards a future session.

In the event that a participant needs to withdraw from a session before it commences for any reason, we acknowledge the unpredictability of circumstances and are willing to offer a credit for a future session provided that the participant notifies us in a timely manner.

Please note that there is a $25 Registration Fee that is non-refundable.

 

Privacy

 

If you should arrive early for your scheduled class, please wait until no earlier than five minutes before your scheduled time to enter the playhouse. Further, please be prompt in picking up your child after his/her class. All classes and private lessons are entitled to their time and privacy— please work to extend, to one another, this very important courtesy.
