Summer Program Policies

Ages 4–10 | July & August 2026

Tuition

July Session: $1,450
August Session: $1,450
Extended Day — Spanish Club (1:00–3:30 PM): $900 per month

Sibling Discount: 10% off tuition for each additional enrolled sibling.

Because of our intentionally low student–teacher ratios, space in our summer program is extremely limited.

We begin reviewing priority applications on January 12, 2026.
Applications are processed in the order they are received.
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment.
If a space becomes available for the month(s) you selected, we will contact you directly by email.
If offered a space, families must submit the deposit to secure enrollment.
Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.

If your child is offered a space:

A $450 deposit for each session is required to reserve your spot.
Deposits are fully refundable until April 15, 2026, minus a $25 non-refundable processing fee.
After April 15, all deposits become non-refundable and non-transferable.
Remaining tuition balances are due May 11, 2026.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in forfeiting your space.

We are not able to offer refunds for any participant who:

Withdraws after May 11, 2026
Arrives late or leaves early
Attends only part of the session
Misses days for any reason (including illness, travel, schedule conflicts, or personal choice)

These policies ensure we can maintain our small ratios, secure staffing, and uphold program quality for all families.

To ensure a safe, structured, and consistent summer experience:

Children must be dropped off and picked up promptly at designated times.
Extended Day (Spanish Club) enrollment depends on staffing and group size.
No prorated tuition, credits, or make-up days are provided for missed days.
Children must meet age requirements by the start of the session they attend.
Families agree to follow all program communications and procedures to support consistency.

The Spanish Playhouse is committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
To maintain the safety and well-being of all children:

Children must be able to participate safely in group activities.
Behavior that is unsafe, consistently disruptive, or harmful to self or others cannot be accommodated.
Families are expected to partner with the program in supporting positive behavior.
If challenging behavior significantly affects the safety or experience of the group, we may request early pick-up, require a behavior plan, or limit participation.

The Spanish Playhouse reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment at any time if:

If dismissal occurs, tuition payments already made remain non-refundable, as outlined in the refund policy.

This policy ensures we can maintain a safe, positive, and developmentally supportive environment for all children.

Families will receive a Summer Health & Allergy Form prior to the program start date.
This form helps us understand your child’s needs and maintain a safe environment.
We follow strict internal safety practices, maintain low ratios, and ensure continuous supervision.
Children who are sick must stay home until symptom-free, helping protect the health of our community.
