
Spanish Club Attendance & Enrollment Policy
Spanish Club enrollment is reserved on a session basis, with a dedicated space held for each child for the full duration of the session.
Spanish Club operates similarly to our Day Program. Children attend multiple days per week, and daily programming varies. Group sizes, staffing, and materials are carefully planned in advance based on confirmed enrollment.
Attendance Expectations

Spanish Club does not offer make-up days.

Missed days cannot be made up, transferred, or credited for any reason, including illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, or weather.

Tuition is not prorated or refunded for absences.
These policies are in place to maintain program quality, consistency, and equity for all families. Each child’s spot is reserved regardless of attendance, and staffing and resources are committed accordingly.
Regular attendance is an important part of the Spanish Club experience and is the responsibility and expectation of enrolled families.
Day Program + Spanish Club Enrollment Exception
Families enrolled in both the Day Program and Spanish Club may request a day switch within the same Spanish Club session only if space is available.

Day switches are not guaranteed and are subject to:

All requests must be approved in advance.

This flexibility is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute a make-up day.

If a switch is not available, the original attendance day remains unchanged.
