​​Spanish Club is an afternoon enrichment session with a thoughtfully planned daily rhythm, and our group sizes, teachers, and materials are all set in advance around the children who are confirmed.

ATTENDANCE

• Because each spot is reserved and our days are planned ahead, Spanish Club does not offer make-up days.

• Missed days cannot be made up, transferred, or credited for any reason, including illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, or weather.

• Tuition is not prorated or refunded for absences.

• We hold these policies with care, not to be rigid, but to protect the quality, consistency, and fairness of the experience for every family. Your child's place is saved no matter what, and our teachers and resources are committed to them for the full session.

FOR FAMILIES IN BOTH THE DAY PROGRAM AND SPANISH CLUB

• If your child is enrolled in both, you may ask to switch a day within the same Spanish Club session, when space allows. A switch is never guaranteed, and depends on room in the group that day, our teacher-to-child ratios, and a good age-group fit.

• Every switch must be approved ahead of time.

• This is a courtesy we are glad to offer, and it is not a make-up day.

• If a switch is not available, your child's original day stays the same.

• We do not offer credits, refunds, or extra days.

 

Spanish Club on its own, without the Day Program, does not include day switches or make-ups.​​
