PROGRAM POLICIES

Summer Program

Ages 4 to 10, July and August 2026. Our summer is small by design, with low ratios, so space is genuinely limited.

TUITION

  • July session: $1,450

  • August session: $1,450

  • Spanish Club (1:00 to 3:30 PM): $900 per month

  • Siblings: 10% off tuition for each additional enrolled sibling.

APPLYING AND ENRROLING

  • We begin reviewing priority applications on January 12, 2026.

  • We process applications in the order they arrive.

  • Applying does not guarantee a spot.

  • If space opens for the month or months you chose, we will email you directly.

  • If you are offered a spot, a deposit secures it.

  • Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

  • A $450 deposit per session reserves the place.

  • Deposits are fully refundable until April 15, 2026, minus a $25 processing fee.

  • After April 15, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The remaining balance is due May 11, 2026.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, the spot may be released.

PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Please drop off and pick up right at the set times.

  • Spanish Club enrollment depends on staffing and group size.

  • We do not prorate tuition or offer credits or make-up days for missed days.

  • Children need to meet the age requirement by the start of the session they attend, unless the director approves an exception.

  • We ask families to follow all program communications and procedures so the days stay consistent for everyone.

BEHAVIOR AND PARTICIPATION

  • Children should be able to take part safely in group activities.

  • We are not able to accommodate behavior that is unsafe, consistently disruptive, or harmful to a child or others.

  • We ask families to partner with us in supporting positive behavior.

  • If challenging behavior significantly affects the group's safety or experience, we may ask for early pick-up, put a behavior plan in place, or limit participation.

DISMISSAL

  • We reserve the right to end a child's enrollment if safety is compromised, behavior consistently disrupts the group, a child needs more support than we can safely provide, policies are not followed, or the program turns out not to be the right fit. If this happens, tuition already paid stays non-refundable, as in the refund policy above. This is how we protect a safe, positive space for all the children.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Before summer begins, you will receive a Summer Health and Allergy Form.

  • It helps us understand your child's needs and keep everyone safe.

  • We follow careful safety practices, keep ratios low, and supervise continuously.

  • Children who are sick stay home until they are symptom-free, which protects our whole community.
